Do you have non-allergenic beds?
Yes, we have beds that are approved by the British allergy foundation which have the Allergy UK seal of approval. We also stock a range of beds that have hypo-allergenic fillings.
Is there a charge for delivery?
Delivery is free to the following postcodes: CO11, CO12, CO13, CO14, CO15, CO16, CO7. There will be a small charge for other areas. This can be seen in your basket by putting in your address. Our team will take every care with your home and new product, but we do recommend that you move your valuables such as vases or paintings etc., out of the delivery path.

Will you assemble my bed?
If you have purchased your product in-store, please call the store number and they can add it to your order. Alternatively, if you purchased online, please call on 01255 434141 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note further charges may apply.
When will my order be delivered?
You will receive a call within 48 hours of placing your order for an estimated delivery date and the following call will be made when your order is in stock to book you in for delivery. If your order is in stock, we will book you in for a delivery. If your estimated time slot has passed, this may be due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic delays so please bear with us as we will be working hard to get your delivery to you.
